Listening to the
wisdom of your body.

A holistic approach using muscle monitoring to explore stress, imbalance and what may support your return to wellbeing.

What is kinesiology?

Kinesiology is a holistic natural therapy that uses muscle monitoring to assess the body’s responses, identify stress and imbalance, and support your return to wellbeing.

Every muscle in the body is connected to the nervous system, spine, organs and brain. Within kinesiology, muscle monitoring is used to explore physical information and patterns of stress across the body’s systems. The intention is to listen to the body’s own responses and use them to guide what may be supportive in a session.

I currently offer in-person sessions on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland.

What to expect

My approach centres on deep listening—not only to the stories you consciously share, but also to the subtle messages your body communicates. From electrical impulses on the skin to changes in breath, the body is constantly offering information.

Each session begins with a conversation about what you are experiencing and what you would like support with. From there, I use muscle monitoring as biofeedback to explore areas of stress, imbalance or unresolved patterns within the system.

The session unfolds responsively, guided by what your body communicates and what feels most supportive in the moment. Depending on your needs, a session may include nervous-system regulation, structural alignment, dantien balance, emotional stress release, energetic corrections and other techniques.

My intention is to offer a calm, compassionate and grounded space where you can feel supported exactly as you are.

How I work with the body’s needs

I draw upon a broad range of healing modalities, integrating scientific and energetic frameworks to support each person’s individual journey. My practice is continually evolving as I expand the tools I can bring to each session.

Is kinesiology right for you?

Kinesiology is a complementary therapy and is not used to diagnose medical conditions. Evidence for its proposed mechanisms and health benefits is limited, and it should not replace medical assessment or treatment.

You are welcome to ask about my training, approach and what a session involves before deciding whether it feels right for you.
